Are these two cockerels?

Hi! I’ve got 8 mixed up bantams
maybe three to four months old (a couple are still peeping and everyone else has started clucking)
Just wondering if these two are cockerels...none of the others have combs at all.

Thank you! They definitely look different than the rest and their colouring has changed a lot over the last couple of weeks.

He’s so cute. And he was really picked on when we first got them (the black one really doesn’t like him)
And he used to be all white with just a couple of black spots so I want to see what he will look like eventually! They’re all mutts lol
