Are these welsummers and roo or hen

I have 4 chickens that are 4 weeks old. They were sold as 3 hens and 1 Roo I’m thinking now that’s incorrect.

My exact thoughts. Any idea what they might be? They look like a type of bantam. Could they be a cross breed of the two?
 
Yikes!! I'm thinking all are cockerels. ☹ Maybe Cochin Bantam mixes. That seller was certainly not being honest in any way, shape, or form!
To be fair the seller was an amateur who was just hatching eggs (something to do in lockdown) she did say she thought they were 3 girls. Oh well looks like I need 3 coops 😂
