Are they doomed?

My eggs are due 6/16. I forgot to turn them yesterday morning and today I found the temp running slightly over 100.

Are they doomed?

Any help would be appreciated.

ETA: I turned them a bunch of times yesterday afternoon.

I'd say they should be just fine, 103F will cause trouble, and not turning them once will be ok, if you didn't turn them for days and days you'd be in trouble. There's some data on only turning for selected days in the incubation period anyway, it's listed on one of these threads, but I'm not sure which one.
