are they old enough to Give me fertile eggs?

Hey my neighbor has a group of pekins she got from a feed store a little before easter and they are laying now and i can clearly see the drake feather on all the males. Are they old enough to give fertile eggs? My neighbor said she would give me some.

I think if you see a drake feather they are old enough or close to it.
