Are they older than I thought?

I got my TSC chicks on March 29th. I thought they were 1 week old at the time but I have roosters crowing and attempting to mound and hens that are randomly bawking. I guess I thought those things happened closer to 15 weeks, but my calculations put mine only around 11 weeks. Maybe they were older than I thought when I got them?
