Are they real turkeys?

I bought them in March this year. The seller sold them on craigslist. He told me they were blue slate turkeys and were only one weeks old. I did saw the beautiful "parents" and about thirty poults when I went to pick up them. They were about double size as my one week old chicken (new hampshire) whey I first saw them .

Now they are about 6 months and are the same big as my Rhode Island hens (one year old). But I don't see they have anything like their "parents" shown by the seller. Can anyone tell me if they are real turkeys? If not, what breed are they? If they are not turkeys, I will not seperate them from my hens.

I would say that you have a pullet and a cockerel.
