Are they still good?

My hen started sitting on her eggs a week ago. She sat on them for a few days and then stopped for a few days. Today she started sitting on them again. Are they still good? Will they hatch? Should we collect them and hope she lays more and sits on those? Sorry all the questions. This is my first time. Thank you.

After a few days, I think that the development would have stopped. Maybe you can take those and give her some fresh ones.
