Are Wyandottes Good Egg Layers?

Im going to get some wyandottes from Meyer hatchery. Are they good egg layers? How many eggs do they lay each year?

I have a blue laced Wyandotte, just got her last spring. I guess they are a little slow to mature but should give 4-5 eggs a week and lay all winter

My GLWs are wonderful birds. They lay often, maybe 4-5 X a week!

They're gorgeous birds. Terrific lawn ornaments.
