Hey all! I'm a long time lurker but a first time poster. I started out getting a couple ducks for eggs but my campbells have voted me a "duck mom" and with a recent shipment of 13 more layers, I went from "just a couple" to serious.
Perhaps I can join in on any of the BackYardDucks posts

Hello and welcome to BYC! We are glad to have you here. It's quite normal to purchase many more birds then intended! I only wanted 2 chickens and I now have 8. I want to hatch a couple too in the near future.
