How are all of you New Englanders doing? This Rain is Crazy, and I'm not expecting to make it home it my tiny Honda Fit! I have one flooded coop, (10" under) Thank the Gods the other one is on stilts!! The Basement is flooded and it is still coming down!!
How is everyone Else? I bet all of those Duckies out there are loving it!!

Check in with your story, Lets start a "River" of flood stories!

Be careful y'all!!

I lost a car in floodwater in Alabama...on an 8 hour road trip......alone....at night. I don't think I could have done any worse if I had tried. I did finally make it to my destination..two days later though

I feel your pain I have lived in the south for many years now flooding is just a thing you get used to... I seen on TWC that y'all are gonna keep getting pouned with the rain so I suggest if you have chickens be ready to move them to even higher ground.

Hope you dry out before it gets much worse.

We are doing okay, even though there is a big pond in my yard where there is usually grass. The basement has water, hopefully it wont get high. Driving home today was scary, there were huge puddles everywhere and lots of flooded yards. Just hang in there, Easter is supposed to be 70 degrees and sunny! Perfect conditions for mosquitoes!!!
Luckily the coop is on stilts so no flooding there, and the chickens are too stupid to stay inside, they look like a bunch of drowned rats!
