Will this be inside a secure structure? Chicken wire offers little protection from determined predators.
How deep is this? While it may be possible for your birds to manage to make the difficult hop up between roosts, I can not envision them being able to jump down. There just doesn't seem to be enough room for them to safely and comfortable maneuver between the roosts.
The round dowels you have used for roosts look to be too small in diameter for adult chickens. You would be better off using dimensional lumber that provides a flatter surface better suited to chicken feet anatomy. Additionally, small round roosts are going to make the jump down from roost to roost even more difficult.
I'm curious why you chose to put the food and water in the cabinet, taking up valuable space in an already tight area. If they will be free ranging, a better place would be outside at ground level. The way you have things set up now it is possible to approach the water from only one angle. If there will be days they spend locked in the cabinet and one of your birds decides to use the middle roost, access to the water will be blocked for the other bird.
Lastly, where will you be putting a nest box? There doesn't seem to be any room.
