Arrow Root Starch/Flour

Can chickens and ducks Arrow Root Starch/Flour? It’s a all natural and the brand is Bobs Red Mill.

I don't think Arrow Root powder should really be called flour - it is more a starch, and can be used interchangeably with cornstarch. So I'm not sure what benefit there would be in feeding it.

Because we have some and aren’t using it so instead of throwing it out we want to see if our birds can have it.

I'd just dump it outside, but not give it to the chickens.

It doesn’t really go bad... and can be a good thickener for gravies, sauces, soups, etc. But no, I don’t think chickens should be eating it
