I am trying to upload a avatar pic. All my photos seem to be "to big".

Anyone have any suggestions how to downsize photos

I use either the editor on Photobucket.com or I have "IrfanView" downloaded onto my comp. It does way more than just resizing.

Ok.. i think i figured it out. So this is what i have to do. Upload a pic in photobucket, resize it, copy and send it back to my albums and then i can upload it. Seems like alot to do for a photo.
