that depends, if it is a dumb kookaburra, yes. if it is a regular kookaburra in a literal tree that has gum on it, yes. If the kookaburra is old or a newborn, no, it would fall out of the tree; but if it was a literal tree with gum, they would stick to the trunk. If it is a youth kookaburra, it would fall because it's careless. An adult would be perfectly fine. thank you.
