Aspergillus concerns in Florida?

So I've finally finished the other run outside for my ducks. The only concern I have now, is that Florida is horribly humid and wet. I will frequently change out their bedding, but I'm really worried about Aspergillus. How fast does it take to appear/grow on bedding? There's plenty of ventilation in the coop and the run, but I really don't want anyone getting sick. Is there anything I can spread down on the bedding to prevent it? Especially with the ducks splashing around, it's gonna be really wet. I'll be using straw as the floor/bedding for inside the coop and some of the run.

Thanks in advance for any advice! Just want to make sure I get everything just right .

If your coop is dry everything should be fine.

Are you keeping ducks with chickens? That tends to be very hard on the chickens because keeping ducks dry is a major challenge.

What kind of bedding are you using?
Freshly chipped tree limbs can bring it in.

I'm going to be using straw, so hopefully that should be good.
