Assorted bantam 3-4w curly wing feathers?

Sorry for my ignorance, but I am new to fancy chickens... got this chick because it had fluffy feet without knowing what it was. I had guessed black Cochin after some research, but I’ve never seen a chick with wing feathers like this before? Also, I’m afraid it might be a roo based on the way the comb seems to be growing, but I know it’s too early to tell.

Wow, and thanks for the reference pic! (What a good looking chicken :) ) I was actually worried there was something wrong with this little chick since its feathers seemed to be growing so slow and wonky compared to the others, haha.

Thanks all for the replies! I can try to pick it up to get a better pic tonight.
