at what age are my bourbon reds best to harvest ?

just wondering if my 1 and a half year old tom's are too old for harvest and at what age are they best to harvest

Best at 8-9 months but yours are not too old. Just be sure to give him 4 days to age after butcher. I do mine on Sunday before Thanksgiving and brine them until Thursday morning.
