At what age...

At what age can I start to feed a mix of BOSS with cracked corn and oats as a scratch feed. Also, is it the hulled seed or with shells(BOSS).

What is BOSS, I feed mine Scratch at around 4 Weeks, Mine start to free range around 5 to 6 weeks, unless it is winter then I wait a little longer.

Boss is black oil sunflower seed.
