At what point will the egg explode?

I put 4 quail eggs in an icubator a week ago. I candled them yesterday and two look empty, one full of something pink but no vains, and one with veins. I suppose only the last one is developing. I would like to give the others a little bit more time, but when are they likely to explode? So far they don't smell.

If you throw them out when they start to smell then you are fine. I hatch 40 weeks a year an have only had one blow up because I neglected to smell the incubator for a week.

If you do grab one that smells throw it out then an go wash your hands before touching any more. Ive had candlings where I washed my hands 3 or 4 times.
