Attaching photos Help!

Hi, I am new here and when composing a reply or starting a new thread I am unable to attache a photo. I click on the paperclip and a message pops up saying "you are not authorized to create attachments".

Anybody else have issues with that?

You need a minimum number of posts (I think it is 10.) before you can post photos.
