I have a friend , who has added 3 new hens to her flock. The roo keeps attacking one of the new hens? Advice please

Separate him so he can see but not touch the new hens. (See but no touch is a good way to introduce any new birds to a flock.) Let the hens all establish a pecking order amongst themselves. Re-introduce the rooster a few days later at night when everyone is roosted. Get up early to monitor the interaction. If he is still violent... I would cull. I have zero tolerance for roosters who are violent to humans or hens!
