I read one of those pieces on Australorps and how the hens were shy and the roos were curious. Framing the center wall I have to toe nail the studs because of a sloping roof making each stud a different length. Well our shy hens along with the roo have to gather at the base of the stud to watch each nail being driven. After I get up one hens has to peck the nail head to make sure it's driven all the way home. This is my first time with Aussies and I like what I'm seeing in their behavior. Although their side walk supervising is a little over the top. It may be that my granddaughter and wife are always holding and talking to them and feeding them grapes. Do Ya Think!
