One of our pullets turned out to be a rooster. It was confirmed this week when he crowed for the first time. He's a lovely rooster and hasn't been aggressive towards me or my husband, but our neighbors have spoken and they do not like poor sweet Tikka singing his song right after dawn. We're trying out a no-crow collar now, but it doesn't seem to be solving the noise complaint issues.
