They are a little bit bigger than calls, but smaller than just about anything else. Wonton, the whitish one on the nest in the earlier pic is our smallest and closest to call size. She is also the friendliest. She is camera shy this morning.

Bump! It is getting to be that time again if there is any interest. I have one person who wants eggs in CA. These are great ducks. They lay chicken sized eggs. Pic with store bought "large" for comparison.

Does anyone have interest in buying Austrailian Spotted Ducks? I have a group of good stock and am gauging interest in breeding them. I am (now) in East Tennessee. I may also be able to ship likely fertile eggs. I have Holdereed lineage & the drake is from Duck Creek (where Holdereeds stock went) blended with a sellers stock from Mid-Michigan.
I'm interested!!! I'm trying to build a flock. I like their eggs more than any other eggs I've eaten!
I have a couple ducks from 3 different breeding strains. Am trying to get enough unrelated birds to start breeding them.

How m
Well, there is space and beaks to feed to consider. :) If I can't find homes for them. I will breed them at least once. (Let them hatch a few eggs.) At the moment the eggs go into a frying pan. I currently have 5.
I will investigate international shipping. Or if you want to meet halfway? :)
uch are you asking for them?
