I read Australorps are a very docile bird and really don't fly. I have one especially but three total that try.My one who I now call Houdini literally flies out the coop which is 6 ft high. Help! I don't know what to do.Any suggestions?

Hatchery Australorps are a much lighter, and therefore more agile bird than a show quality Australorp. Mine can fly clear across a half acre. You can top your run with netting to help keep her in. I have birds that can easily jump 5 feet high.

Thanks for the quick response .Knowing this I will change a few things around as soon as possible.
