Unfortunately we can't tell you anything from just looking at them and their true temperments haven't shown themselves yet and won't until they're at least a year to a year and a half old. Here's how I'd pick
1. Cull anyone who's human aggressive
2. Cull anyone aggressive to the hens (I don't mean usual cockerel foolishness. I mean full out trying to maim or kill said hen)
3. Cull anyone over a year who's still a brute while mating
4. Cull (or rehome with full disclosure) anyone with serious medical issues or defects
5. Rehome anyone the hens don't like for whatever reason but is otherwise nice
6. Rehome anyone you don't like for whatever reason
7. When in doubt pick whomever the ladies like best as they're the ones who have to live with him
8. Know there's a very real possibility that none of them will work out as roosters are a gamble. Do not settle for a garbage roo, he will only give you long term issues
Keep them all for as long as possible to suss out their true personality as they're just starting to come into their hormones. Separate if they get too rowdy if needed
