Are automatic doors worth it? Do they work in sub zero temperatures? Considering putting one in and would appreciate any feedback.

I got the ADOR1 and I love it!! Runs off a 6v batteryHello! I am looking into installing an automatic door. This is my first year with chickens and it would be nice to not have to close them up and open the coop back up each day.
I installed the ADOR1 and I love it!!! Thanks for the recommendationMine works fine for me. I'm somewhat warmer zone,,,,, Zone 5.
I have Ador1 , and have it over 2 years ...still trouble free. Change $5 battery once per year. I like the convenience of pop door opening when I'm still sleeping. (summer early hours) Closes at dusk, when we might still be out shopping.
Ador1 works on electric eye operating the open close times.
Other doors work on a timer basis.
In winter time,,, regardless which door you choose, must consider keeping door protected from ice buildup, and jamming. An option is of course to install it on the inside of coop. Ador1 does provide option for remote sensor. $17 is what I think I paid for mine.
I researched pop doors, and came up with this one as BEST FOR ME.
