Need advise from those who use this system...

I got a new Hovabator with automatic turner earlier this week. Started it up, plugged everything in...everything is working and looks great. Put eggs in last night, turner still working. Notice today that every time I check on them, they are in the same orientation. Watching closer, sure enough, turner isn't moving?!?

Can't really open up and do full diagnostic as it is loaded with eggs. Any thoughts and suggestions for why it stopped working??

If you just set them last night, you can pull them from the turner, wrap them in a towel or put them back in cartons wrapped in a towel, and do your diagnostics on the turner. Keep it reasonably short, but a brief interruption won't do harm.

I bought a new hovabator turner this year and the motor died during the first set of eggs. I contacted GQF and they sent me a replacement motor. I did loose some eggs unfortunately as they chicks stuck to the shell
