I resized mine on Photobucket, saved it and then uploaded it on here.

You mean uploading to Photoubucket then right clicking the file and saving? Tried that. Still not working.

I just uploaded to BYC saved as avatar size, copied, uploaded as avatar, told it's too big. Took THAT avatar file and reuploaded to BYC to resize as Avatar and that one uploaded.

Quality still kind of sucks.
