average egg laying for brahmas?

So my flock will be predominantly brahmas, with possibly 2 australorps(as long as they are both females). We will have a total of 6 hens. I love brahmas so I don't care how many eggs they produce but I was just curious people's experience with them. I read they lay about 3 a week, so more than enough for our family, but than people say their brahmas lay 4-5 a week. I just want some personal experience. They all came from cackle hatchery if that makes a difference?

Probably between 3-5. I would assume the lower end. Brahmas aren't kept in heavy laying flocks, which usually signals 4 or less a week

My 2 year old light brahma lays 5-6 a week while my one year old buff lays 3-4. Production barely dropped off in the winter.

I've been thinking 3 a week per each chicken so 18 a week is more than plenty for us. We go through 2 dozen a month roughly but when my stepson is here we use a few more.
