We happened to see Emo Phillips at a local comedy club!! Now this guy is awfully weird and goofy looking...and sounding... he used to be introduced with 'the spaceship has landed'...LOL. But he has the best jokes going, just hysterical one liners, one after the other, we laughed so hard the entire time!!!! Jay Leno called him the funniest joke writer in the USA. No cursing, no explicit stuff, but...strange!!!!
One of the funniest things was the greeting cards....LOL!!!!!
He did some voices for cartoons, one was Dawber, a cat.

Well...after the show we hung around for a little while, and he came around and chatted with a lot of people. First thing he did was go sit down and talk to a lady that was there in a wheelchair, wanted to know how she was doing, really nice. Just asked people how they were, what they do, where they live, very low key, polite. What a surprise! Such a nice, pleasant guy!
