What gets better results? A. a Fan external to incubator blowing cold air in? or; B. an internal Fan circulating the Air?

I've finished my home made incubator and ready for trials of Temperature & Humidity... Already cut holes for Fans, but can plug'em back up.. just want someone's opinion for best Results for Humidity cause Temperatures not an issue as I use a 100watt light globe. cheers for anyone's help and suggestions... p.s. it's funny how hatching chickens is stressful even before starting... hehe...
