B2 and D for chickens in water???

Does anyone know how much B2 and D in liquid forum I can add to my bob whites water?
 
At the feed store they sell a poultry pack vitamin pack, but I don't know if it is good for quail. Avian super pack is mentioned by some on BYC and it is available on internet.

Hopefully some quail experts will show up. You may wish to move this to the quail section.
