Dorito is a champion ba-gawker. She likes to think she runs the place. Certainly she feels obligated to tell everyone else what to do.

Oh wow, she's a very pretty girl. What is she, a BO? My BA is the queen of egg announcing around here. She announces her eggs AND my two bantam girls' eggs too.

She is a BO. She was one of my first layers and has taken her job very seriously. The funny thing is that she ran around ba-gawking like crazy BEFORE she laid the egg and had all the other girls and the rooster ba-gawking with her. She then ascended her throne to do her business. All the others huddled together and just watched the nest house door. A silence fell over the crowd. Was it? Gasp** an egg? Could it be?
Ta-da! Dorito did the deed and popped out a pretty little brown egg. All is well in the kingdom.
