Goodness i cant believe how many babies we have heard chirping coming from the broodiness in the dogs house our two hens have have hatched 4 3 bantam cochins and 1 easter egger. i think i might of gotten my lemon blue bantam baby
and my second batch of babies is hatching in the incubator.

My silly brooder collected 17 eggs. She started with 5 and my unwise novice self didn't mark them until some of the chicks started hatching... 2 1/2 weeks ago... She is own to 4, all the babies are in the house.

So much fun! I just met someone at the weekly auction that we go to that has lemon blues. Have never seen them before.
