babies hatching update

i have hatched 28 of 34 and this is day 21.got them in the brooder now have 30 of 34

I barely put some eggs in yesterday, those 21 days are the longest. Hope all of the rest hatch.

Awesome hatch!!!

I have 15 eggs in the 'bator. They were shipped, and trapped at the PO over a weekend.. I only see actual progress in 2, and one appears to have a blood ring (but not pulling it until I'm sure.) Wow! I'd be greatful to get a hatch like yours!

On the other hand, dh would kill me.. having that many chickens in the house all winter.. LOL! He'd probably make me sleep in the chicken coop with the Big Girls!

i hatched out rhode island reds and i used a little gaint 9200 no fan or turner.i watch my eggs like a mother hen turning 5 times a day.
