She’s still the same but she does eat and move around when I take her outside but still mostly stands still I bought her the grit but how long does it take before it starts taking effect

I would start her on some vitamins and electrolytes. You can buy save a chick electrolytes at your local tractor supply or agway. It dissolves into water and will give her an extra boost.
