Baby born with swollen belly 🥺

This is a bantam black cochin. She was malpositioned to the opposite side of the egg and somewhat else; she couldn't zip and instead made a hole big enough for her head to flop out before I assisted and she pushed herself out. Now she's flopping around in the incubator with an enlargened belly/butt area. Evidently can't get up on her feet like her siblings did at birth.

I'm thinking internal yolk or a like that? I don't know much about that but her belly bulge is a bit yellow and there's a tiny yellow ball in her navel area
