Baby bunnies covered in urine

Baby rabbits born almost a week ago and I keep finding they are always covered in their urine. Should I clean it or does it serve some weird purpose?

Yes I had her fur—but all of the fur quickly became soiled. I am using bamboo towels which seems to be keeping them very warm and cozy. The mom seems to be using the nest as a place to pee first time mom.

I don't even count the first litter in my calculations for feed/pen space, due to the fact that most first timers will get a 50% mortality if they keep the litter at all.

Just keep up with the clean up of the nesting box, mama should be cleaning them, but if she's a first time then give her some time

Agreed. My rabbit had 5 litters before we and her knew how to care for them.
