Baby bunnies!!!

I found two lost bunnies. I need to feed them but i dont know what to feed them. I saw that you give them kitten milk but sadly i dont have that. Is there any way i can feed them something else? PLEASE ANSWER I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Put the bunnies back Mommy should find them and care for them it is almost immpossible to help wild bunnies just make sure you cover them with leaves or something so preditors cant see them
