Baby chick acting weird, help!

Hey everyone,

I'm in a dilemma, one of my baby chicks is acting strange and I don't know what it is.

The chick seems to be lethargic, not moving, just staring while the others play around her, but after watching her she doesn't seem to be sick. She is eating and drinking, runs when needed. But whats even more strange is she seems to not be growing well like the others. She can't balance well at all, falls down a lot. Gets knocked over a bunch and she is very wobbly when walking, but I don't think she has spraddle leg.

I have fed smashed hard boiled egg with grit, and I have given some sugar water.

Not sure if it's an illness or something else. (Other chicks are perfectly healthy).

Bought chicks didn't hatch myself.

I would administer a vitamin supplement in the water as there are several deficiencies that can lead to poor weight gain and weakness. Won't hurt everyone to get it. I would give it for at least a few days if not longer.
