Baby Chick Bleeding

I had a baby chick these morning to have a pasty behind. I gently was trying to pull it off, but after I did it I must have pulled to hard and it started to bleed. It is not bleeding heavly but when you touch the spot it leaves a drop of blood on your finger. Will it be ok ? It is 4 day olds I ordered from a hatchery. Is there anything I can do. I am hopeing and praying it will be ok. I appreciate any help or advice.

1. Clean the area well with peroxide or alcohol.
2. Put some Neosporin on the area (or Triple Antibiotic Ointment).
3. NEVER just "pull" off the pasty poo. Try softening it first with some warm water.
