Baby chick cannot walk

I tried all I can, but the chick still won’t stand up. I tried splayed leg treatment; didn’t work. It has been 4 days and it still won’t stand up, and just waddles around the incubator. Any possible treatments?

It is not splayed leg- the chick’s leg is perfectly straight, it just seems like it doesn’t have enough strength to stand up.
