Baby chick clicking noises

I just received my baby silkies today and one of them is very weak. It keeps making clicking noises after if it isn’t water and I don’t know what to do, i attached a video of the chick

Do you have any save a chick or Gatorade/pedialyte? You can give it some sugar water with egg yolk in it. It sounds like a respiratory issue but it might need a boost.

Can you feel any air under the skin around the neck, chest, or sides? My chick had a ruptured leaking air sac under the skin on one side, and it made a clicking sound.

I had one chick that was doing that from a hatchery order. I put her into an incubator and fed her electrolyte water every 2-4 hours. You can make your own if you don't have some.

Sugar water and egg yolk is great too if you would rather do that.

My chick was on her way out when she was doing this, almost like an involuntary muscle spasm that animals sometimes do when they are dying. Does it seem like yours is doing worse than it was before? I hope not
