Baby Chi'ck doesnt' stop chirping...

she's 5 days old and the only successful hatch from 7 in the incubator. Could she just be lonely? We have her in a box in the living room so she doesn't get lonely. Seems to be eating and drinking, just wondered if anyone has any advice. I don't want to be doing the wrong thing for her.

Any help is appreciated.

Ideally you could get two more chicks about the same age. You could try a soft cloth for a snuggle toy, or you could stuff her under your shirt for a little comfort.

Buy a few day old chicks to keep her company. She's lonely.

I had the very same thing happen to me. I kept in a soft towel, and really spoiled her, after a few days of that, I was able to sneak her in with the 10 day old chicks, now she fits right in, and is a VERY SPOILED little girl. I love her to pieces
