Baby Chick **Eye Problem ***

I got my chicks in yesterday afternoon and I have one chick
that has not opened her eyes, moved around, or eaten anything.
I tried to look for her eyes to see what was up, but all I see is a little slit on both sides.
It also seems that the chicks head is kinda big.

Any Ideas on what I can do

Some chickens can get a sinuse infection and it seems that their heads swell, and i'm not sure but i think it may cause eye trouble too. i had a silkie that had really gooey eyes and couldn't open them, so he couldn't see to eat or drink, which lead to me putting him down. I had tryed to treat it with eye infection stuff, but it didn't help. I'm not sure if that helps or not, though.
