Just wanted to share this story. I have a light Sussex and two bantams that are raising one chick together. Itās been so cool watching them, they all sat on some eggs together in a nesting box in main coop. Normally I separate the broody mums and leave them apart from main flock till chicks are 6 or 8 weeks old but I decided to leave these three in coop and see what happened. They have been great and only one chick hatched and it has three very protective mums that look after it all day. Then they go to bed and the light Sussex sits with her wings over everybody
