Baby Chick HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have a baby chicken that has not eaten for atleast3 days after the 3 day period after he hatched and he has a cripple toe and he flops on his back all the time what is wrong with him Please help

he probably has a birth defect sorry I think It would be best if you put him down.
