Baby Chick Injured

I have been hatching chicks for a while and set up a run outside for them to go in during the day. One of my chicks that is about 3-4 weeks old crawled under the fence and got stuck. It's back seems hurt. It currently looks as if it is in shock. I separarted it and gave it food and water. It is trying to walk. What should I do now? Should I try to treat it's back somehow and how long should I keep it separated?

Sorry it's not under better circumstances. Can you see any injury to your chick? Can the chick stand? Could you post a pic?

I would keep it separated and warm. When chicks are in shock..its crucial to keep them warm. Do u have nutri drench? I'd offer it nutri drench in water and feed..keep it separate until it seems to b getting round good.
