I have a baby chick that is almost 2 weeks old that has her neck constantly to one side (same side) and lays down while everyone else is standing up and being baby chicks. She still eats and drinks but doesn't stand completely to move around. We have taken her out and massaged her neck and she can straighten it but then she puts it right back to the one side. I think she was probably injured by one of the dominant chicks but I'm open to any suggestions on what I should do with her.

What you are describing sounds like Wry Neck. Here is a link with a video for treatment. If your chick is like this because of a injury the vitamin treatment for Wry Neck won't hurt it.

My wife felt her neck today and it feels like a tight tendon on the side of her neck. My wife sat there a massaged it tonight and the poor little thing feel right asleep in her hand. It looks like it could be wry but maybe just not as sever as I have seen in videos posted on line. Going to keep an eye on her for now.

I would still do the vitamins. I had a little rooster that developed wry neck. I gave him vitamins and did daily physical therapy but, it didn't help him. He had no problem eating or drinking. He kept up weight and size of other roos so he went to freezer camp when extra roos needed to be processed.
